I cannot believe this is my last inquiry post! I have really enjoyed the process of learning a new skill and documenting it in this fun format of a blog. This week I made a trio of pinch bowls in various sizes. I made these because I enjoy having little dishes I can put my jewelry and other trinkets in.

I have attached some photos to see a visual of the process. First I started with a ball of the polymer clay, then I moved to squishing the ball so it was a flat oval/circle shape. After that I began working the clay much like as if i was forming a pizza crust from dough. Simultaneously, I was also pinching up the sides of the clay to make a bowl shape.

I thoroughly enjoyed this inquiry process and look forward to using it as a tool when I have upper grades during my teaching career. Next I am going to glaze all of my creations and give them away as gifts to friends an family 🙂
